More healthy eating in the South….

It has been raining here all day and they are calling for 1 to 4 inches of snow this evening.  

But there is nothing better on a cold, rainy, day than having some Deep Fried Bacon Cheddar Mashed Potatoes on a Stick.

So today, I will be putting a taste of the South in my mouth….tomorrow I will be getting my cholesterol checked.
