Did anyone really doubt what would happen….

It is December 1941.

During WW2 a photographer was assigned to see what would happen during a blackout.

With all the lights turned out, Harold Dale Mouser, 17, didn’t waste anytime.

He is seen kissing his girlfriend Lenore Dorthy Frank of Seattle.

The two eventually got married and raised five children.
